About Donnie
Donnie Thompson is a certified career strategist and leadership coach who partners with working professionals and leaders to amplify their career growth, unify “one-team” operational thinking, and equip them with the ability to transform their lives. He holds a Master’s degree in Management/Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance.
After partnering with leaders and executives from small companies to Fortune 500, he draws on his over 20 years of successfully coaching clients to reach their career goals making him an advocate for sharpen mindset, collaboration, taking action and building on one’s strengths and experiences to create a life and work that is fun, flexible, energizing, and financial rewarding.
Donnie has landed leadership roles in a wide variety of industries including aerospace, manufacturing, and consumer services. In addition to his extensive leadership experience, he is also a trained Networking Career Strategist and is a certified Executive & Leadership Development coach.
Outside of his passion for coaching and supporting professionals and leaders, Donnie loves the outdoors, is an avid college football fan, and mentors middle and high schoolers to see their potential in everything they do. He loves to elevate the champion inside everyone.
